Adriana Reveron, Miss Spain for Miss Universe 2010

This sexy lady, chosen from among former Miss Spain contestants, is in hot pursuit of the Miss Universe 2010 crown. Amidst an extremely competitive group of beauties, I personally feel extremely besotted by her looks.

I personally don't feel that she will win the crown, simply because from the photos I've seen of her on the internet, she exudes that cool and mysterious beauty -- a James Bond - kind of girl.

She may not grab as much attention as the girls who have more outgoing personalities. But still, I feel drawn to her presence.

I hope she at least wins 2nd place or get a successful career on the big screen.  

Lupita Jones, Miss Universe 1991

In 1991, I watched a pretty Mexican girl, Lupita Jones, win the title of Miss Universe 1991. She had the lovely pixie face of Audrey Hepburn.

She was so commanding on stage in every round. It was just impossible to see other contestants that year. I didn't think she had a very beautiful face, but there was something about her. There was something very queenly about her.

My exboyfriend even got her to sign a photograph in which he posted to me. Unfortunately, it's lost with the years. Lupita Jones now organizes the Miss Mexico beauty pageant.

I hope this year, her charge will win another crown.
